How does your mission connect your services and product?
Peaces of Me was built around the idea that everyone deserves a little more care in their lives. Through our services, we help people navigate planning, managing, and organizing life with ease.   Through our care packages we extend our mission to parents, offering thoughtful reminders that caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others.

What types of services do you offer?
Peaces of Me provides personal concierge services including event planning, project management, and personal organization.  Services can be booked as packaged offerings or as flexible, ad-hoc support depending on your needs.

Do I need to be a parent to use your services?
Not at all. While Peaces of Me was inspired by a parent's journey, our concierge services are designed for anyone who needs thoughtful, reliable support in managing life, projects, or events.

Do you offer virtual services?
Most of our services are virtual, providing flexibility and convenience. In cases where onsite support is required (decor, day-of execution, physical home organization) in-person service will be provided.  Services are provided within a 20-mile travel radius with extended travel available as an add-on. 

How does pricing work?
Each event and/or service are unique. Guest count, vendor coordination, event length, and design needs affect the level of support required. For decor and event planning, we offer pre-bundled packages with customization options.   Project management and organization services are billed at a flat and are subject to change depending on project scope.  Please see the respective sections below for payment and cancellation policies.

Can you work within my budget?
Yes.  We work collaboratively with our clients to understand priorities, tailor recommendations, and create solutions that align with their vision and budget.

Do you offer onsite day-of services (setup, breakdown, coordination, execution)?
Services vary by package and may also be selected as add-ons. Please see our Event Planning page for details.

Do you provide balloons, signage, backdrops, or custom themes?
Items vary by package and may also be selected as add-ons. Please see our Event Planning page for details.

Can I book planning without decor?
Planning services can absolutely be booked without decor services.  We always encourage our clients to choose the level of support that best fits their needs.

Do you provide entertainment?
Activity Zones are included in our 12 Under 12 package and can be added to other packages for a fee.  Additionally clients may add a hosted experience, where we host and/or manage entertainment for up to 2 hours.

Do you help source venues, vendors, and entertainment?
Vendor sourcing, coordination, and management vary by package and may be selected as add-ons. Please see our Event Planning page for details.

Do you handle vendor payments or purchases on my behalf?
Direct payments and purchases are handled by the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

Can I request a fully custom theme?
Customization is more than an option, it’s part of our approach. We enjoy creating unique, authentic experiences around your preferences and goals. 

How far in advance should I book?
Booking windows vary by service and are defined below.  Should services be needed sooner, rush booking is available for an additional fee.
Door decor - 2 weeks
Room decor - 2 weeks
Event decor - 4 weeks
Foundation - N/A
Support - 4 weeks
Village - 12 weeks

What is your payment, cancellation, and refund policy?
A non-refundable, 50% retainer is required at booking to confirm services, secure your booking date, and begin planning.   Payments made beyond the retainer are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to service date, or a 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days prior. Cancellations made less than 14 days before service date are not eligible for a refund.  Clients are able to reschedule and apply 100% of payments made toward a future booking within 12 months.  Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible and may be subject to additional fees depending on timing, scope, and/or vendor impact.  Final payment is due 14 days prior to the service date.  Unpaid invoices will incur a late fee of 10% and may result in paused services until payment is received.

What kinds of projects do you manage?
We support a wide range of projects from personal and business initiatives to special projects and planning initiatives.  

Can you help organize projects already in progress?
Absolutely. Whether you're just starting or are in the middle of a project, we will build a plan to align on priorities and clear next steps.

Do you offer short-term or ongoing support?
Our services are primarily designed for short-term support, but flexibility is important to us. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and agree on the best approach.

Do you provide implementation support or planning only?
Services can focus on strategy and planning, implementation and execution, or a combination of both.

How are project management services priced?
Project management services are billed at an hourly rate of $75, which is subject to change based on complexity, timeline, and level of support required.  Before services begin, we will discuss your project to understand your needs.  Clients are billed bi-weekly and each invoice includes a summary of completed work and time spent to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project.  Any changes to original scope will be discussed and approved before additional time is billed.

What does personal organization include?
Personal organization services may include schedules and routines, digital organization, and physical home and life organization. 

Can you help if I feel overwhelmed or don’t know where to start?

Do you help maintain systems after setup?
Our services primarily focus on planning, organization, and setup, however, ongoing needs can be discussed during your consultation to explore what level of continued support may be needed.

Are packages suitable for moms and dads?
Peaces is intentional about recognizing and celebrating both mothers and fathers.   Our target is every parent who is actively involved in the day-to-day journey of raising children. 

How does Peaces support parents?
Peaces supports parents by creating intentional reminders that they matter, too. Parenthood often requires pouring into everyone else.  Our goal is to create thoughtful experiences that encourage parents to pour into themsleves, even if it's just for a small moment. 

What’s inside the box?
Contents vary by release but each box contains a blend of practical self-care items designed to support both emotional and everyday needs.  Previous boxes have included comfort items such as candles and massage oils and thoughtful keepsakes such as parenting survival kits.   Visit our Product page to understand how each item directly aligns to our core values.

Can packages be personalized?
Packages are currently personalized with the recipient’s name.  Notes may be added to create an even more personalized experience.

Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Peaces is currently offered as seasonal releases, but subscription options will be introduced as the brand grows.

Can I buy a box as a gift?
Absolutely! Peaces makes a meaningful gift for active, full-time parents.  It is made specifically for like-minded mothers and fathers who understand the day to day responsibilities and demands of raising children.

Can I return or exchange a box?
All sales are final unless an incorrect item is shipped or an item arrives damaged.
