The party that comes to you! Allow us to transform your desired space into the venue! Blending themed decor with playful creativity, this package is for celebrations of up to 12 children under the age of 12.

Parents who have a desired location* and want support organizing a fun celebration with built-in entertainment

(1) 30m. consultation, (1) 30m. Planning and Revision Call, Theme of Choice, Light Décor and Setup for 1 Primary Event Area (up to 400 sqft.), (2) Age Appropriate, Coordinated Activities, (3) Large Pizzas (Cheese and/or Pepperoni), Snacks (Chips or Fruit Snacks) and Drinks (Juice and Water), Suggested Sequence of Events, Setup & Breakdown

Pricing Details
Each package includes a list of pre-bundled services at a discounted rate, however to provide flexibility, individual services are available as add-ons - Clients may customize their selected package without upgrading to a higher-tier package
Base price for Family Celebrations & Special Events assumes maximum of 30 guests, 800 square feet, and a 20 mile travel radius - Final price is dependent on guest count, location, on-site support hours, and full scope of services
Travel beyond the service area is available as an add-on
Vendor costs, venue fees, permits, rentals, entertainment, and third-party expenses are not included unless explicitly stated
For Room Decor and Foundation packages, full payment is due upon booking
A non-refundable, 20% retainer is required at booking to confirm services, secure your booking date, and begin planning
Payments made beyond the retainer are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to service date, or a 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days prior
Cancellations made less than 14 days before service date are not eligible for a refund
Clients are able to reschedule and apply 100% of payments made toward a future booking within 12 months - Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible and may be subject to additional fees depending on timing, scope, and/or vendor impact
Final payment is due 14 days prior to service date - Unpaid invoices will incur a late fee of 10% and may result in paused services until payment is received
