Pricing Details
Each package includes a list of pre-bundled services at a discounted rate, however to provide flexibility, individual services are available as add-ons - Clients may customize their selected package without upgrading to a higher-tier package
Base price for Family Celebrations & Special Events assumes maximum of 30 guests, 800 square feet, and a 20 mile travel radius - Final price is dependent on guest count, location, on-site hours, and full scope of services
Travel beyond the 20646 service area is available as an ad-on
Vendor costs, venue fees, permits, rentals, entertainment, and third-party expenses are not included unless explicitly stated
A non-refundable, 50% retainer is required at booking to confirm services, secure your booking date, and begin planning
Payments made beyond the retainer are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to service date, or a 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days prior
Cancellations made less than 14 days before service date are not eligible for a refund
Clients are able to reschedule and apply 100% of payments made toward a future booking within 12 months - Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible and may be subject to additional fees depending on timing, scope, and/or vendor impact
Final payment is due 14 days prior to service date - Invoices unpaid after the 14 day his time will incur a late fee of 10% and may result in paused services until payment is received
